Its balanced acidity and long finish of honey and blood orange make it an ideal choice for a premium single-origin espresso, and it can also be enjoyed in various other coffee styles, from milk-based drinks to black coffee, filter, pour-over, and cold brew.

Origin Notes:

Bom Jesus Single Estate Specialty Green Coffee is an excellent specialty green coffee bean for roasters.  With a consistent SCA Q-Graded cupping score of 85, this coffee can stand alone as a filter coffee or espresso. 

Fazenda Bom Jesus is a labor of love borne by the Oliveira family, which includes the couple Gabriel and Flavia, along with their sons Lucas and Gabriel Junior.

The rich history of Bom Jesus coffee farm spans three generations, and it is a founding member of Alta Mogiana Specialty Coffee Association. This association strives for greater consciousness and improved farming practices in the region, with the goal of sustainable development from both social and economic perspectives. In addition to fixed wages, employees receive performance bonuses and specialized literacy training.
