Sidamo's unique combination of soil type, altitude, rainfall, and temperature creates the perfect environment for producing premium Arabica Coffee. This specialty-grade coffee is primarily cultivated in small villages, known as kebeles, and is renowned for its "garden coffee". With a low density of 1000 to 1800 trees per hectare and fertilization with organic matter, the coffee is all agronomically organic, though not always certified as such.
